8-13 June 2003 IEEE International Microwave Symposium 2003	Mr. YUM Tsz-Yin, Research Student from the Department of  Electronic Engineering, City University of Hong Kong has won the Third Place of the 2003 Student Paper Competition awarded by the IEEE Microwave Theory and Techniques Society for the paper entitled "Novel Sub-Harmonically Pumped Mixers Incorporating Dual-Band Quarter-Wave and In-Line Stub"
